Karen will be taking appointments at the Zimmerman Chiropractic Clinc located at 800 South 50th Street, Suite 106, West Des Moines, IA (located next to Fire Creek restaurant).  

 She will be available at this site on Tuesdays-Thursdays 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Other appointment times can be arranged as needed.
